SEAT DESIGN ENGINEER

Location: Shanghai
Department: Interior & Exterior

This will make you grow:

• Development of new products together with project manager
• Involvement with production suppliers to analyze and solve quality problems, tracking solutions and actions
• Supplier management
• Preparation of product SOR, follow-up of BOM/KPC/manufacturability report, etc., follow-up of product trial out, testing result and on-site technical support

This is how you‘ll take us forward:

• Good Design and development experience on seat product, especially on plastic parts and foam
• Knowledge about seat components (e.g. frame, foam, plastic parts) and production technologies
• Good English skills
• Team player with good organization and problem solving skills
• Flexibility and interested to work in an international project environment
• At least 4 years-experience in automotive OEMs, system suppliers, or relative vehicle Design Company
• Skilled to use CAD systems such as CATIA V5
• Bachelor or master degree in automation, mechanic, vehicle engineering
