E/E Functional Safety – Expert

This will make you grow:

• Management of functional safety basis project
• Management of functional safety ISO26262 following concept, development, with regards to new functions (e.g. ADAS, Hybrid systems)
• Tracking and reporting of functional safety project status
• Creation of project safety plan in coordination with project leader
• Reporting to project leader of functional safety team technical requirements
• Creation/adaption of the functional safety and technical safety concepts within basis project/ application project, safety requirement discipline, technical risk analysis (FMEA, FTA), safety concept in the offer and RFQ phase. Include of Item definition/SG/FSR/TSR/TSC, etc.
• Coaching, training and handling of development team in ISO26262 requirements
• Leading project team to approach customer and improve customers’ satisfaction

This is how you‘ll take us forward:

• Engineering Degree or equivalent qualification Electrical/Electronics/Systems/
• Experience in ISO 26262 for at least five years
• Working knowledge of relevant regulations and approvals i.e. ISO26262, Automotive SPICE
• Understanding of functional safety development process, HAZOP analysis process
• Experience in R&D hardware and software/quality preferred
• Independent execution of the package under your own responsibility
• Ensuring timely deliverable of tasks with high quality and customer satisfaction
• Ability to manage independently                      
• Good communication ability in English
• Having an open mind, being a self-starter and working in teams with people from different cultures
