E/E Body Electronic systems - Leader Engineer

Location: Shanghai
Department:  EE

This will make you grow:

• Understanding of body electronic system requirements including safety and operating environments
• Analysis of customer requirements and development of design concepts and compliance matrices, delivering written proposals and identifying risks to the project
• Development of system requirements including use cases, system modeling, sequence diagrams, subsystems, and interface requirements
• Classification of systems and agreed acceptance criteria
• Leading project team to approach customer and improve customers’ satisfaction
• Body Electronic systems delivery
• Body Electronic systems issue shooting
• Issuing lessons learned and training
• Support of components engineers

This is how you‘ll take us forward:

• Execution of the package independently and under your own responsibility
• Ensuring timely delivery of tasks and deliverables with high quality and customer satisfaction
• Coaching of team/project members with experienced body electronic systems knowledge
• Good experience in automotive electrical/electronic systems
• Good experience in vehicle systems architecture development, within body electronic systems
• Solid knowledge of functional safety and safety criteria
• Good knowledge and experience of requirement tools (e.g. DOORs, PTC) would be advantageous
• Good knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (ISO26262)
• Good at managing workload independently & ability to be a self-starter
• Good MS office skills: excel, word, power point, etc.
• Self-motivation, open mindedness, good communication skills
• Good Chinese and English language skills: both written and spoken
