We can satisfy all customers’ environment with all relevant software availability. We perform simulations from concept until tooling kick off, correlation for Stiffness/Strength/Misuse analysis, NVH, Durability/Fatigue, Safety/Occupant/Crash/Pedestrian Protection, Vehicle Dynamics, CFD.

From project definition until SOP you always know the status of your project. Whether complete vehicle or single system or component we can perform this service with an experienced team.  We take care of test planning, prototypes plan and management, test specifications, vehicle sign off, test execution, subjective and objective performance evaluation, test issue management. We cooperate with external test facilities and labs for physical benchmarking, test execution, homologation support.

We are currently developing ADAS validation know how.

In GI Dept we perform benchmarking and target setting for dimensions, vehicle concept, ergonomics, tolerance chain. We define the vehicle architecture. We perform packaging, DMU and ergonomics analysis using all the relevant available software from SOP till production support. We do data management and BOM definition and management.

Our experienced Chassis engineers develop chassis systems and components from product definition with benchmarking activity, target setting, concept definition, design development, supplier management, functional development, test and validation, qualification  until SOP.

We develop Vehicle Dynamics performance from benchmarking until target achievement with virtual and physical development and validation (virtual simulations, functional development, calibration and tuning, subjective and objective vehicle assessment and validation).
